Dolores ‘Dee’ Bellante

Lifelong Everett resident

Dolores “Dee” (Forgione) Bellante, a lifelong resident of Everett, died on May 24.

She was the beloved wife of Frank J., Sr., mother of Frank J., Jr. and his wife, Susanne and Joseph and his wife, Cheryl and sister of Michael “Sonny,”  all of Everett and the late Albert Forgione. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were by the Salvatore Rocco and Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Prospero Germano

Professional tailor for over 50 years

Prospero Germano of Malden, formerly of the North End, died on May 19.

Mr. Germano was a tailor for over 50 years. starting as an apprentice in his native Italy and continuing throughout the course of his life. He was also an avid Juventus soccer fan, and enjoyed constructing and collecting model trains and listening to classical music.

He was the beloved husband of 58 years of Antonietta (D’Urso), father of Margaret Germano-Valdez and her husband, Victor of Malden, Valerie Germano of Malden, Karen Germano-Bilodeau and her husband, Paul, Jr. of Malden and the late Antonio. He is also survived by four grandchildren: Anthony, Sabrina, Antonia and Gianna and by many cousins, nieces and nephews from both Argentina and Italy.

Funeral arrangements were by the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Entombment was in Holy Cross Masoleum, Malden. John L. “Johnnie” Egan

U.S. Air Force veteran of Everett died on May 27.

John was a member of the Everett Lodge of Elks and the E.V.F.A.

He was the beloved husband of Janet J. (Caruso), father of John F. and his wife, Patricia of Everett and Christopher R. and his wife, Dawn of Medford; brother of Elaine Zollo of Everett and Richard of Salem. He is also survived by four grandchildren: John, Kaitlyn, Gianna, Tony and one great granddaughter, Arianna.

His funeral will be held from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., Everett on Friday, June 1 at 10 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Everett at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours are Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Complimentary valet parking available. Entombment will be in the Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden. John Foresteire

Retired Everett Public Schools teacher and administrator

John J. Foresteire of Stoneham, formerly of Melrose and Everett, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 23 in the Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea after being in failing health. He was 79 years old.

John retired from the Everett Public Schools, starting his career as a teacher and finishing his time in service as the Director of Title One for a combined total of over 40 years.  He was a member of the Saugus-Everett Lodge of Elks, #642, the Knights of Columbus, the Eastside AA and the YMCA and he also served with the Massachusetts Army National Guard.

John was born in Boston and resided in Everett before moving to Melrose for more than 27 years. He settled in Stoneham these last two years.

He was the beloved husband of Angela (Guiffrida) for over 49 years, dear and devoted father of Theresa Robinson and her husband, Jason of Wakefield, loving brother of Richard Foresteire and his late wife, Jeanne of Melrose, Frederick F. Foresteire and his wife, Dorothy of Everett and the late Eileen Goepner and her late husband, Rudy; loving brother-in-law of Maria and George Kretas of Wakefield and the late Joseph Guiffrida. Also surviving are many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend John’s funeral service in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) Everett today, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will be in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.

Of Lynnfield, formerly of Everett

Georgianna (Aceto) D’Alelio of Lynnfield, formerly Melrose and Everett, died recently.

The loving wife of Joseph J D’Alelio, she was the devoted mother of Lisa Dias and her husband, John of Lynnfield, Gina Ford and her husband, Michael of Boxford, Joseph D’Alelio and his wife, Bernedette of Wakefield and Maria Capachietti and her husband, David of Lynnfield; dear sister of Vincent Aceto and his wife Gerry of Virginia and adoring grandmother of Joseph, Gianna, Lucia, Spencer, Nolan, Vienna, Giuliana, Seraphina, DJ, Charles and Sabrina.

Entombment was in Holy Cross Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements were by the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home,  Revere.
