Dairo Builes Restrepo, 44, Commorant Way, was arrested for manufacturing, dispensing and distributing a Class B substance, trafficking in cocaine; and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws.
Rahn Carter, 25, 4412 Washington St., Roslindale, was arrested for receiving, buying, etc., stolen merchandise; unregistered operation of a motor vehicle; operating with suspended license; and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Damien Centrella, 40, 83 Malden St., Malden, was arrested for larceny of property over $250 and two arrest warrants.
Richard D’Angelo, Jr., 27, 1 Harvard St., Everett, was arrested for possession of Class B substance with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws.
Christian D’Onofrio, 36, 16 Freeman Ave., Everett, was arrested for operating with suspended license.
Matthew Silencieux, 24, 107 Chelsea St., Everett, was arrested for operating with a suspended license, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and an arrest warrant.

David Bailey, 36, 201 Chelsea St., Everett, was arrested for violating a protective order, aggravated assault and battery, strangulation or suffocation and unarmed robbery.
Sunday, Sept. 7
Israel Burgos, 37, 10 Ferry St., Everett, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery.
Antonio Hernandez, 31, 32 Magnolia St., Malden, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and open container of alcohol.
