City to Hold “Paint Night” Fundraiser: Proceeds to Benefit the Everett Fire Victims Fund

Mayor Carlo DeMaria is pleased to announce that the City of Everett will hold a Paint Night event on Friday, July 18th in order to raise funds for the Everett Fire Victims Fund.  The event will take place at the Connolly Center from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.  Donation price is $40 per person and includes all paint supplies, appetizers and two drinks of either beer or wine.

For those unfamiliar with paint nights, they are a popular new addition to urban nightlife, where patrons eat, drink and socialize while following a formal art instructor to recreate a work of art.  The City’s Paint Night event will be instructed by popular local artist, Theresa Gritti.

A great night for a great cause, proceeds from Paint Night will benefit the Everett Fire Victims Fund, which provides for Everett families affected and displaced by house fires.

Registration is required.  Registration and payment due by Wednesday, July 16th.   For more information or to register, call 617-394-2418.
