Everett Celebrates Independence Day

Uncle Sam waves the American flag during the City’s Independence Day party at Jacob Scharf Playground and Field last Saturday afternoon. The celebration included the annual footraces, carnival rides, facepainting, a bicycle decorating contest and even a mechanical bull.
