Edith (Olivieri) Miller of Peabody, formerly of Saugus and Everett, passed away on May 4. She was 90 years old.
She was the beloved wife for more than 50 years of the late Charles R. Miller; loving mother of Dorothy and her husband, Hugh Kelleher, Rosemary Miller and her husband, Gary McDewell, Janet and her husband, John Annarelli, and her beloved niece, Sandra Merenda. She was the cherished grandmother of Sean and Danielle Kelleher, Shannon (Kelleher) and Paul Scire, Ryan Kelleher, John “Jay” and Lauren Annarelli, James and Kim Annarelli, Michael Annarelli and his fiance, Christine Kelley and the cherished great grandmother of Miles and Mya Kelleher, Olivia and Anna Scire, Charlotte, Michaela and Hailey Annarelli, Avalynn and Sylvia Annarelli, Aubrey Kelley and Michael Ryan Annarelli.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett today, Wednesday, May 7 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 a.m. Services will conclude with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Rose A. (Zannino) Giannantonio of Malden, formerly of Everett, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 23 in the Massachusetts General Hospital. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston, Rose lived in Malden and Everett for most of her life. She retired from the Glendale Curtain Shop in Everett where she worked as a saleswoman for many years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Victor A. Giannantonio; dear and devoted mother of Vicki A. Permatteo of Lynnfield and Janis E. Kretchman of Malden; sister of the late Patrick, Emidio, Warren and Richard Zannino and Mildred Carapezza; loving Nana of Christopher Permatteo and his wife, Michelle and Jennifer Permatteo and her fiance’, Michael Sheehan.
Funeral arrangements were by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Contributions in Rose’s memory to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Ave. Ste. 2, Norwood, MA 02062 would be sincerely appreciated.
