First Lady Stacy Demaria Visits City Works Summer Program

planted flowers and discussed the importance of community involvement.

Last week First Lady, Stacy DeMaria, Chairperson of the Everett Beautification Committee, visited with the City Works Summer Program.  Mrs. DeMaria and the campers worked together and planted flowers outside of the Samuel Gentile Recreation Center. During her visit, Mrs. DeMaria also discussed the importance of community involvement and maintaining a clean and beautiful City.

“As leaders in our community we must continue to encourage our youth to stay involved and invested in their City,” states Mayor DeMaria, “I would like to thank my wife, Stacy, for her continued dedication to our City, and for the wonderful example she sets in trying to make Everett a better and more beautiful place to live.”
