Last Thursday, the Chelsea Rotary Club joined the Everett and East Boston-Revere Rotary Clubs for a joint meeting at Everett High School.
The Everett High School Culinary Food Departmentprepared the delicious luncheon which included Statler Chicken, roasted potatoes, baked ham, artisanal breads and beautiful desserts. Special thanks go to Chef Des Makredes,pastry chef Carolyn Parmenter, Dining Room Instructor Joanne Lombardi and Chefs Peter Calakoutis and Lauren Bradford. Our speaker was Heather Sarsons, a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar from Saskachawan, Canada who is being hosted by the Chelsea Club. Heather is studying Economics at Harvard with a concentration in International Development.
