About Your Resolutions

Most of us have already managed to break the resolutions we made on New Year’s Eve.

If that is the case, you have to make sure you do some damage control and try to keep to half of what you resolved to do.

That is, if you had a problem eating half gallons of ice cream, cut it down to a pint at a time.

If you were smoking a pack a day of cigarettes, cut the smoking down to half a pack, and so on.

Keeping to our resolutions is difficult stuff – but then – most of you already know this.
